Although our youth workers went white in the face at the mention of superglue, all went well. Club members had a great time making their rockets and seeing them fly. Nobody got blown up and nobody ended up glued to themselves. Thanks to Ian and helpers for an afternoon of scientific fun. Youth worker, Jaz, reports that some former club members wanted to know why we didn't do anything like the Rocket Workshop when THEY were members!

The Brownies had an amazing fun morning building and then launching their own rockets while we were on Pack Holidays, as part of their Science Investigator badge. Thanks to Ian and James for an explosive few hours of science, superglue and supersonic speeds!

Fantastic day. Rockets were amazing, they went up 1,000 feet high , very fast and looked brill!!! Really enjoyed making them and couldn't wait to launch them. We all had a great day, be great if we could do it again.
